Too many Drupal 10 upgrades before 9 December? I'll do them under your name.
Every Drupal 10 site has the same deadline, and your team can only do so many. I take on Drupal 10 → 11 upgrades as a white-label partner: fixed price per site, done on staging first, and your client only ever deals with you.
One deadline for every Drupal 10 site, and only so many developers.
Drupal 10 loses security support on 9 December 2026. Most agencies have a list of client sites that still need the upgrade, plus the normal project work that doesn't stop for it.
Turning clients away costs you the relationship. Rushing the upgrades costs you quality. A white-label partner lets you say yes to every client, at a fixed price you can mark up, without hiring.
Drupal work your team doesn't have time for.

Questions agencies ask
Only if you tell them. I don't put my name on the site, I commit under the name you choose, and I don't contact your client unless you ask me to.
Yes. I work in your repository with your branch rules and code standards, and take tasks from your ticket system. No new tools for your team.
I check every module before quoting. If one isn't ready, I patch it, update it, or suggest a replacement, and you see that in the quote, not halfway through the job.
I have capacity for several upgrades in parallel. The earlier you send the list, the more of them can be finished before the deadline. Sites already on 10.5 or older are out of security support today, so I suggest starting with those.
Yes. I invoice in USD, sign US NDAs and vendor forms, and I'm available for calls from 9 am to 2 pm Eastern Time.
Yes. Module fixes, performance problems, accessibility work or overflow tickets. Send me the details and I'll give you a fixed price.
