Drupal 10 support ends December 9, 2026. I'll upgrade you to Drupal 11.
After December 9, 2026, Drupal 10 gets no more security fixes. I upgrade your site to Drupal 11 for a fixed price. I do it on a staging copy first, and your content, files and URLs stay the same. Optional monthly care keeps it updated after.
After December 9, 2026, Drupal 10 security holes stay open.
Only Drupal 10.6 still gets security fixes, and that ends on December 9, 2026. Drupal 10.5 lost support in June 2026, and 10.4 in December 2025. If your site isn't on 10.6, it's already unpatched.
After end of life, new security problems are found but not fixed. That can conflict with PCI DSS if you take card payments, and with your own organization's security policies, and every month you wait makes the upgrade a little harder. Drupal 10 → 11 is a planned, fixed-price job, not a rebuild. Still on Drupal 7, 8 or 9? Your risk is higher, and I move those sites to Drupal 11 too.
A planned upgrade to Drupal 11, then I keep it steady.

From Drupal 10 to live on Drupal 11, in four steps.
Free exposure check
Run the free scanner for an instant read-out, then book a 30-minute call between 9 am and 2 pm ET. I check which of your modules are ready for Drupal 11 and send a short written summary: your Drupal version, what's ready, and what needs work. No cost, no obligation.
One fixed-price quote
Once I know your site, you get one clear scope and one fixed price for the upgrade. No hourly meter, no surprises. You decide with the full picture in front of you.
I upgrade it on staging
I upgrade core, contrib modules and custom code to Drupal 11 on a staging copy, then test it carefully against your live site. Your live site keeps running as normal.
Go live, then your call
I switch the live site to Drupal 11. Keep me on the care plan for weekly updates, or take it back and run it in-house. Either way, you're on supported Drupal.
Free to start. Fixed to finish.
A free exposure check tells you where you stand. If you go ahead, you get one fixed price and a fixed scope agreed before any work starts — no hourly meter, no drift. Prices are in US dollars.

Fixed scope, fixed timeline
The details.
Because hourly billing makes your costs unpredictable and punishes you for asking questions. I scope your site up front, then set one price so you know exactly what the upgrade costs before any work starts. If you genuinely change the scope, I agree that with you first.
Usually not. Drupal 11 is built the same way as Drupal 10, so this is an upgrade, not a rebuild. Most of the work is updating contrib modules and custom code that still use deprecated (old) code, then testing everything on a staging copy. Your content, users and URLs stay where they are.
A typical Drupal 10 → 11 upgrade often takes a week or two. Sites with a lot of custom code take longer, and a migration from Drupal 7, 8 or 9 takes longer again. You get a firm timeline with your fixed quote, so it’s never a vague “it depends”.
I check every module before I quote. Often a newer version or a patch already exists. If not, I replace it with a maintained alternative or update the code myself. Either way, you know about it before any work starts.
Yes, if we start soon. I take on a limited number of upgrades at a time, so the earlier you book the free exposure check, the easier it is to finish before the deadline.
No. Drupal 10 loses security support on December 9, 2026, and the way to Drupal 12 goes through Drupal 11 anyway. Upgrading now keeps you patched, and the later step from 11 to 12 is a smaller one.
I’m based in the UK and keep 9 am–2 pm Eastern (6–11 am Pacific) free for calls with US clients. Most of the work happens on a staging copy, so the time difference doesn’t slow anything down, and go-live is scheduled at a time that suits you.
Yes. If your agency has more Drupal 10 → 11 upgrades than your team can handle, I can do the work under your brand, using your process and tools. Same fixed-price approach, and your client stays your client.
It depends on where you’re starting. Drupal 7 to 11 is a full migration — the data model changed, so content is moved across into a fresh Drupal 11 build. Drupal 8, 9 or 10 to 11 is a version upgrade along the same architecture. I handle both; the exposure check tells you which you need.
Not at all. You don’t need to understand Drupal versions or hosting — that’s my job. I explain what’s happening in plain English, handle the whole upgrade on my side, and give you a clear before-and-after so you can see exactly what changed and why.
No. The care plan is optional. Once you’re live on Drupal 11 you can take the site back and run it yourself, hand it to another team, or keep me on for monthly security updates and monitoring. There’s no lock-in either way.
You get a clean, standard Drupal 11 site built on supported core and contrib — no proprietary lock-in, no custom framework only I understand. If you want to move to a different host or team later, everything hands over cleanly. It’s your site.
I upgrade Drupal 10 sites to Drupal 11, and migrate sites from Drupal 7, 8 and 9, including sites with custom modules, Commerce, multilingual content and Views. I work with most standard Drupal hosting; if yours is unusual, the exposure check flags it before anything is agreed.
Get off unsupported Drupal before it bites.
Send me your site and I'll tell you exactly where you stand and what a move to Drupal 11 would take — free, no obligation, usually within a day.
